Refund policy

Any original physical damage caused by Shipping and Handling will be returned for free, no questions asked. Returns are a 90-day policy for whatever reason will be honored, after 90 days no returns are honored. This is because the device has already tested and you were given an additional 90 days to spot, report, and ship the device.

As soon as an issue exists if the device cannot be fixed, please email us(coveryourasses@gmail.com), take whatever photographs and upon review we will ship you another device if the original can't be fixed, we will give you the option to have it refunded or replaced.

Refunds can be issued back to your account etc., as well as store credit towards other store items can be provided. Intentional damage to any device is not subject for refund or replacement, accidental situations will be dependent on whether the device was at fault or the customers negligence caused it. With that said i wanted to say that we take pride in the manufacturing of our products much of which was hand assemble and tested by myself. 

Any firmware software issues please contact us we can also reflash the device and you can do it from home with our help, or if that's not as easy ship it to us to fix free and we will correct it so long as it falls under the 90-day rule.
